Apple IS BEING SUED over a message bug that has left some previous iPhone clients who exchanged to Android unable to get quick messages.

The bug, which has been tormenting clients since Apple discharged is 5 in 2011, sees iPhones neglecting to perceive when a contact has exchanged to Android. This implies that when an iPhone client messages a companion on the opponent portable working framework, the iPhone tries to send it as a message and, in spite of telling clients that it has been sent, loses it in "message limbo".

Apple conceded a week ago that it is "dumbfounded" about the issue, and does not have a fix.

Due to this, Adrienne Moore, a lady who changed from an iPhone to a Samsung Android cell phone, has sued Apple over vanishing messages, documenting a legal claim in a San Jose court.

In the grievance, Moore said that she has succumbed to the bug, and asserted that Apple is abstaining from altering the issue on the grounds that it will keep its clients from exchanging to adversary gadgets.

"The content informing claim, which looks for class-movement status and undetermined harms, claims Apple neglected to uncover that exchanging to a gadget other than one running on Apple's ios working framework might bring about the obstruction. The suit is focused around contractual obstruction and unreasonable rivalry laws."
